1. What these terms are

These terms are a contract between you (a parent creating an account on BrainLab Kids) and us (New World Education, a business operating from Dubai, UAE). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using BrainLab Kids, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use BrainLab Kids

Parents must be adults (18+). Children cannot create accounts. All child activity happens through a sub-profile under a parent account. BrainLab Kids is designed for children aged 7 to 13.

When you add a child, you give us verifiable parental consent to collect the limited data described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent by deleting the child profile.

3. Your account

Keep your information accurate. Keep your password private. One account per family. You can close your account at any time from the Parent Dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

Use BrainLab Kids for its intended purpose: your family exploring neuroscience. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service. You may not attempt to access other users' data or generate unsafe output from Neo.

5. Content and IP

Everything we created (Labs, text, design, Neo, brand) is owned by New World Education. Your child's scores and Neo conversations belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content for running the service.

6. AI-generated content (Neo)

Neo is an AI. Its replies are generated by a language model, not written by a person. Neo's replies are not medical, therapeutic, or educational advice that replaces a professional. Neo can occasionally make factual mistakes. We log conversations so you can review them.

7. Camera, microphone, and motion sensors

Some Labs use device sensors. Your browser asks permission each time. Sensor data is processed only on your child's device — never sent to us, never recorded. Only the numeric score is saved.

8. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" during the validation phase. We will take it down for maintenance sometimes. Third-party services may have problems.

9. Pricing

BrainLab Kids is currently free during the validation phase. When paid subscriptions launch, pricing and terms will be disclosed before any payment is taken.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes notified 14 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.

11. Ending your use

You can stop any time by deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put a child's safety at risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event. During the free phase, this is effectively zero.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
